Three layers of delicate genoise ~ layers of pastry cream, raspberry jam and whipped cream inside ~ covered with pastel marzipan ~ topped with a fresh flower.  (Requires refrigeration.)

Four layers of rich devil's food cake ~ filled with three layers of raspberry jam ~  iced with chocolate buttercream ~ covered in chocolate truffle.

Lemon Pucker

Four layers of moist white cake ~ filled with three layers of tangy lemon cre'me  ~  iced with vanilla buttercream ~ covered in sweet shredded coconut.

Mom's Yellow Cake

Two layers of yellow cake ~ filled with chocolate buttercream ~ iced in chocolate buttercream ~swirled on top and sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles.

A Very Rocky Road

Single layer of rich devil's food cake ~ iced in white buttercream ~ topped with toasted pecans and mini marshmallows ~ strung with dark chocolate fudge ~ chocolate cake crumbs on the side.

Four layers of light moist vanilla cake ~ filled with three layers of coconut buttercream ~ iced in coconut buttercream ~ covered top and bottom with sweet shredded coconut ~ rosettes with white chocolate filigrees.

Strawberry Sensation

Three layers of vanilla chiffon ~ pastry cream and fresh strawberry filling ~ iced in real whipped cream ~ finished with whipped cream rosettes and fresh fanned strawberries. Available seasonally, requires refrigeration.
